We began working with 1st MX in 2011 and in that time we have produced over 6 catalogues. 1st MX specialise in motocross equipment and accessories via online and mail order.
Before we started working with 1st MX, they didn’t have a catalogue of their own, they simply had a cover wrap over a generic white label catalogue. The only contact and order details were on the cover and so by having their own catalogue they were able to personalise it and drive customers to their website.
Our approach was to give the catalogue a personality fitting with the sport, so that it would engage the customer. Some of the things we implemented included:
- Promoting USPs such as ‘Free Delivery on orders over £50’, ‘We Try Harder for help and advice’
- Cross selling to other related products with page references for easy access
- Introduced QR codes for quick access to the website
- Highlighted best sellers and offers with engaging icons and imagery
